Feel the (328) Bern (Way)

I have an out-of-town client that needed a video walk-through of a house with a recent price to really get a good feel for the floorplan and views. So, off to Midway we go!

Here’s the quick and glaringly amateur video of 328 Bern Way in Interlaken Estates, a new construction home, 4 bd, 4 bath, approx. 3,000 sq ft, including 25 seconds of clumsy non-dash cam footage of said mountain road:

Interlaken Estates is a summer cabin community up above Midway, Utah, that has become more and more a year-round neighborhood because land there is pretty inexpensive. The community is all one-lane width mountain roads, and high above the town for lovely views, more snow, and more wildlife. Interlaken has just recently formed a township so they can control their own infrastructure and fees; word is that the plowing now gets done lickety-split when any snow falls.
